First, you need surveyin and mining equipment.
Mine enough aluminum, iron ore, etc.
Probably better to contract out for this, including foundry and casting work.
You'll need to take a course in engineering, preferably with regards to automotive.

Sorry, I could go on, but it's just too stupid.
The piston goes into the jug. Then it goes up and down really fast.
Then it usually blows up and pieces of it blow out your exhaust pipe to return to the earth from whence it came to repeat the cycle.
