Yes, that's the 197cc or 200cc as we used to call them. If I remember correctly they came as what they called unit and pre unit. That is the pre unit had the transmission separate and then they learned to make the crank case and transmission all one unit since it was easier to put into the frame when they assembled them.
I'd look around for a site in the U.S. that has British bike enthusiasts on it and ask who has a motor for sale. The alternative is looking on the British eBay (eBay.co.UK). I look there quite often and there are a lot of motors of that size it seems but you will need to find someone who will send it overseas. Most of them want you to pick it up.
