So I am wondering if its legal to ride my 80cc bike on the road. Im not looking to ride highway but through downtown traffic where speed limit is 25-35mph.
If it is not legal what steps do i need to take to make it a legal vehicle?
I do know that Mopeds need to be registered in the state of VA .. in order todo so I also know that you need a vin number to obtain a title in order to obtain registration. I also know there is a process to have a vin number issued for a "homemade vehicle" . Is that something id have to do?
Please help I want to make it so i can use my bike as a transportation method to work since I only work right up the road from my house no more than 5 miles.
