so on the forum, how do i check to see posts made by me and also, under what tab do i check the for replies made by post i made?

Quick links>>>subscribed threads (top menu). Lists all threads you've participated in. If something new has happened since you last looked at it, it will be in bolt text. You can also delete subscriptions to threads you don't care about anymore.
