Universal Head Tube- Id like to build my own frame-

Anyone know where to purchase universal head tubes?

Id like to build my own frame, and would like to start with a head tube.

I will also need rear wheel brackets (lugs).

Is there a manufacture that produces such items?

I'm no expert on frame building, but I'm guessing that whether you buy a head tube or cut your own, it's probably pretty important to know your steerer tube length and diameter first.
