Could very well be right. I have just never run into the front sprocket be as poorly machined as the rear. But makes sense with it bunching inside the housing.Looks to me like it is the front sprocket that needs the grinding, as I posted at the beginning of this thread. If you do not have the puller you would have to order one, as I dont know any other way to remover the drive sprocket. Maybe someone else can post an alternative way to remove th sprocket.
Edge, why did you have to replace the chain to begin with?
