ugh!!! chain is getting stuck in the motor

Looks to me like it is the front sprocket that needs the grinding, as I posted at the beginning of this thread. If you do not have the puller you would have to order one, as I dont know any other way to remover the drive sprocket. Maybe someone else can post an alternative way to remove th sprocket.

Could very well be right. I have just never run into the front sprocket be as poorly machined as the rear. But makes sense with it bunching inside the housing.

because the axle locked up , broke the chain, and i bought the one that i have now for 20 bucks for a piece that was too short,so i had to add a piece from the last chain in there
