I have a bbr performance kit stage 3 was running fine for first few weeks then it will pop spit and stop completely it has spark getting fuel even put stock carb on tighten head bolts any ideas I’ve been building these bikes for years I’ve built and rebuilt numerous motors any body with a fix

ha ha ha the bugs came to visit your parts! usually the simplest problems are at fault. check out all your keyways make sure that what they are still called when you look at them.

CDI getting ready to quit, mag with bad solder joint or broken ground wire that is just laying on it's connection point, often it can be a lean condition where fuel isn't getting to plug (clogged jet in carb or loose case bolts)

wouldn't hurt to do compression test
