Two Speed Friction Drive

heres what we came up with for gears on a friction drive. the roller is a 3 speed hub with the center nurlled. this is a project we work on when ever we have extra time so it's not done yet, but looks promising.

What is this engine? that is a really neat looking hancrank ideal for the engine.

it's an old briggs 2 horse, the lever is for starting it, you just yank up on the lever to start it. the oil pan on these old engines can be unbolted so we replaced it with a billet aluminium pan we made with built in motor mounts. we really need to get working on this build but have been to busy with orders and it's kind of got pushed to the side for now.
