Hi bob, if you use the search located towards the top of the page and type in "shift kit", or "shifter" you will find many different ways folks have succeeded in making a transmission for their bikes. Many ways to go about it and they are honestly not that complicated. If ya just wanna buy one then Dan's post is probably the best route.
