too rich - float level?

Glad you found the problem but don't feel bad. We had a member who was having fuel leaking problems and posted a picture of his engine.

He had the whole carburetor on upside down. :)

Not quite sure how you got the throttle barrel in backwards and the cable hooked up. I've never tried it. But have fun and ride safe.
