bike is all complete. put the motor on today and got that all settled in. cables all tied up and ran. just have to put the chain on and fill it up with gas and its done. some pics below:
time to repaint it and rebuild it!

finally got to work on the mb after a few days
shortened the chain
what i have left to do:
gonna get a dremel soon to match the intake and exhaust ports
tighten the cdi to the frame
put the exhaust on
hopefully gonna take it out for a ride before christmas

Haha yea I know. I even have three 100w lights down there in the "dungeon". It's real dark, house built in the 1800s. Have a big fluorescent shop light in the other room, might move it out there.
Anyways,,, hopefully gonna take it for a rip tomorrow. Will put up more pics and possibly a video if I have time.

Bike is complete!
Took it for a ride and it is so much more smoother without the tensioner. It's lined up perfect luckily. Feels like i gained a mph or two at least.
With load up some pics of it outside in the sunlight after Christmas. Really looks sharp an I'm happy with the way it turned out.
