if you're not actually using a torque wrench (i don't) then a small 10mm wrench works.

Your typical thin walled socket in cheap Taiwan or Chinese are gonna be too thick. A Sears Craftsman will work . Mac Tools , Snap On, Cornwell, Napa Auto parts will have sockets that are of better quality steel and can afford the thinner wall construction with out breaking.
