I started with a regular tap and then finished with a bottoming tap. I have a large collection of WC-1 cylinders with loose seats, and will try repairing and testing some of them in the near future.

The whizzer Experiment has close to 500 miles on it. The motor is still going strong. It has been too cold to ride these last few weeks. I learned that you can't ride a Whizzer in cold weather. They go too fast!Quenton just finished my Hot Rod Whizzer (60 plus MPH)! Once I put it back together, Damn the weather! The Heavens open up for a Quenton Hot Rod Whizzer!
