Looks Good,
I like the Walbro's too.
I would personally ditch the angle fire head, it looks as though you have plenty of room for a straight fire, or Puch head.
But I'm not sure you got the plumbing right on your carb, that pulse tube looks as though it may be going to the fuel return line? The drilling on the mounting flange that goes to the 'base of the carb is your pulse.
If you disconnect the pulse line you have and pump the bulb, what happens?
It looks to me you have fuel in to the right place.
The pulse can just be taken from the inlet, but better before the reeds.
You will likely find that she will run without a pulse due to 'Head' pressure from the above mounted tank.

That's the pulse in the center of the photo.

Even with this setup the engine runs great it is an over flow but the amount of fuel going in is so minimal then vaporized

Nice setup and nice job on the custom base... is that made of delrin?
I've got a small collection of a few Walbro and Tillotson carbs I've been meaning to experiment with but my time is too limited right now... I've actually been thinking of making a 3d model for a base for the Walbro carb and cnc cutting it out along with a reed cage to fit a DLE reed but my projects are on hold for now.
Good job on yours tho... looks really nice
