The Pig gets a disc front brake

here's how I swapped a disc front onto The Pig.
Had to add a washer to the rotor side of the axle to line everything up. (That's the white washer in the second pic)





Now all I need is a set of new pads because the ones currently mounted are toast and squeal like a real Pig!
*smacks forehead*
Never even looked before I installed the caliper...oh well....
I don't use the front brake much anyway.

Well done. I have had to add washers for alignment even when the fork and wheel were manufactured for disc brakes.

Yeah on mine the rotor just barely rubbed the fork leg without a spacer. Fits like a glove with a washer on the rotor side.
