The Andian Lives!

Built up a Cranbrook a few years ago on this forum and called it the Andian.

Hadn't had it out in quite a while as the engine started sounding like a can of marbles. Figured it was time to do something about it as my son started showing an interest in the bike.

We took it out to the shed today and swapped out the tired engine for a new one that I had sitting around. Then, my son spent the rest of the afternoon out on the Andian. I think he's hooked!

I think he likes it!

I'm seeing the international expression for "freedom".......lol!!

Great looking bike! What kind of tank are you using?

It's a Pagsta Choppa tank from a few years ago. I found it on Ebay for $30 or so. They use a Honda fuel cap and a special petcock that you can get from Treatland.tv

It'll hold more fuel than you want to ride out in one sitting. LOL!

He's already wanting to take it to the local Bike Night. Should have a lot of fun. I will say that the new engine runs so much smoother than the old one. Tempted to tear into the old one and replace the bearings, but for the cost, it's likely better to just buy a new engine!
