I'm a total noob to this but it sounds like a fairly low cost way to get some kicks on the weekend...and possibly get me back to bike riding after a 5 year layoff. I guess it really is true what they say...no matter what you're in to..there is an online community for it..
 
Welcome... If Your A Mecanical Person, Just Get One. You Will Thank Me Later. Hardest Part Is Finding The Right Bike.
Oh Yea Get One With Good Brakes ...you'll Be Needing Them.
