Tell Me Your State Laws On Our Bikes

In Ohio Revised Code your allowed 49cc or under, 1 brake horsepower or less and cant go over 30 or 35 mph..one of the two.
Ive got and 80cc motorbike with about 3 or so horse power and goes about 40ish ;) hehedance1
