Stock kill switch is junk?

I did green-black and red/yellow-blue. It just constantly tries to kill the motor. Loss of power. ETc. Is it junk? I can pop the clutch just as easily.

I installed my own toggle switch for the killswitch, one wire to blue and the other to black, same as you did with the stock killswitch, Mine works fine. The stock switches are sometimes known to be defective, so I always recommend installing your own switch.

the better way is to put a button that cuts the flow of power when you push it just in the black or the blue so you arnt shorting across the magneto/cdi wires till then use the choke to kill the engine
