Stock Grubee 4G 4 Stroke Carb Adjustment

I searched for this figuring there would be lots of stuff on it. No joy came up in the searches. I did see that the 2 strokers have lots of questions about their carbs and pipes.

I just want to know what the basic setting for the low speed mixture screw is. Oh yeah, I'd also like to know if the screw meters fuel or air for the low speed mix.
