Stiff Clutch Lever

So I bought a new 50cc engine (2-stroke) on eBay and it is nearly impossible to pull in the clutch, so I would like to know how one would go about adjusting the clutch to fix this issue. I have a pretty good idea of what I must do, but I just want confirmation. Much appreciated.

RDM had long clutch arms and cafemotoracer has long handles also... My guess is something is binding in your engine unless you have an odd heavy spring cafemotoracer spring is the same as RDM's go max is different a little heavier duty...
