Step-Through Full Suspension Frame

I was wondering if they made a step-through full suspension frame.
So I BING sited it and this is what they come up with.

That is about as much of a step through as my son's full suspension bike has and he got it at wally world about 4 years ago for $90

Eh' maybe that one is a bit more of a step through then I originally thought.

I need a step through/over frame as I am some what handicaped. The one shown is not a true step over.
My question is will such a bike endure the use of a motor, and will an automatic oil feed motor be OK to use?
I'm 80 yo, and live in Nicaragua, a land of hills and pot holes.
This will be my first bike in many years and I need it to last.
BTW, regular here is currently $4.95/gal.

This rear suspension bike has about the lowest step thru height I could find. Probably not your favorite color.
