Steering Damper

Like steering stabilizer on motorcycles..... have anyone had one on their bicycles? I've researched and so far there's only one available called, 'Hopey Steering Damper'.

I was thinking, with the added speed of our motors, it would be nice to have a steering stabilizer added onto bicycles. So, with that said, have anyone had one before? Possibly made one themselves? Any added benefits you think?

had them on motorcycles many times in 50s and 60s - with real heavy wheels & tires, they could help fight a non-spin balanced wheel - were a PITA tho and was glad to see the end of them in 70s
