Starts to slow down then accelerate again at high speeds

Hi,
My engine works great but when I'm at high speeds the engine starts to slow down like every 30 seconds. It like if the bike were hitting the brakes for a moment then advancing again. I don't know what the problem is but yah it tries to slow down.

You're running out of gas, try moving the float arms up a tiny bit.

Joe is right - but additional causes may include a tank cap not venting properly, clogged in-tank and/or in-line fuel filter(s), or even just the petcock messin' w/ya
