Yes the sprockets are machined in a cnc. I also have a pantograph for doing engraving work.
Anything "can" be done, it's just a matter of cost.
I've thought about generating a half dozen designs for the sprockets. By adding another roll-out to the website, a customer can choose a sprocket size and one of 6 designs or plain.
The design will likely cost as much as the sprocket, but it will give customers the choice.
A one-off custom sprocket would be $60.00.
