I just sold my first bike and the irony is that I just got it running rite I think the surging was air leeks because I went to town sealing anything up that could leak. I can't believe I sold it for 400 no questions asked, now I need to figure out what motor I am going to buy to make a new one I think this is going to suck not having it anymore but it is worth the 400 and I then can make a better one
