ordered a clutch set from gasbike well it came in with parts missing so i called got a sales person told him what was going on had to show online at site what part was missing guy was so rude this was not a good experience with gas bike so far then i put those pads in and notice that wile spinning it around it seem to grab like its stuck have to twist it a bit hard to spin again so call back to guys at gasbike same guy on phone ask him how is this possible that a whole order is screwed up...basically he told me in not so many words that he really don't give a **** all he can do is tell the warehouse and that he is a sales person/help desk man they need to give those people some customer training or something.

It really helps to deal with a business who values your business. I've always been able to get a hold of David Staton of Staton Inc when I've called. Granted the man doesn't have time to chit chat but David will answer technical questions for you. The few times mistakes were made with orders he corrected the mistake after one phone call.

That training BS isn't all that uncommon on Amazon. So many of them are mouthpieces who don't know anything.

Really sorry that our customer servicers didn't offer a great service to you,will train them again,if still can't do the job well,will fire them.

Their customer service agents are only there to collect money and correct problems with said money. When it comes to their product they're clueless. It helps to call upon customer service agents before I buy from them.


This just adds another reason why I stay away from gasbike.

I was sent a bad Seeutek engine from Amazon. Seeutek sent out a replacement.

A user on here had an issue with their engine and Gasbike said they would give them a discount on the next engine. Don't give a censored about the junk they sent him but they'll give him a discount on the next one. No thanks! Too bad they sponsor this site, too many uninformed could go there.

....one of the many repercussions of legalized marijuana...lol
