Yeah I was thinking about a 125. Thats a grip of torque on the back end though. Check out the pic I posted of my water cooled morini. Its under the thread motor bicycle races. My problem is they just don't sit right. I am not fond of the head angle. I was also looking into the two strokes mentioned by YGM. If the price is right that will be a build I will do.

The 80-100cc Four strokes like honda's xr/crf 80 and 100 will have a head angle similar to that of a two stroke.

Heavier and bigger. I could probably fit a 250 2 stroke in a bike if I wanted to, 4 strokes have much taller heads. Also, a 65cc looks close enough to 50cc. A larger 4 stroke looks much bigger.

Realistically, there is no use in an engine for us if you can not buy the engine itself. Otherwise it's just not worth it in my opinion. There's a couple of 2 strokes available with the proper cylinder orientation, but there appears to be none in the 4 stroke department. Unless you buy a used motorcycle
