Here is my K2 GEBE (40cc Tanaka). I have a velocity rim on the rear and an awesom Suntour seat post that I highly recommend. It has a seasaw motion which when coupled with the springer seat makes it feel like your riding on a cloud. So nice!
My bike get's 150 mpg and was clocked this summer topping out at 34mph.
I also have a (soon to be installed) Tanaka Power Pack with performance air filter, power pipe and carb which should push me to if not over the 40 mph mark.

I think 40 mph is the limit. I doubt I'll want to go 40 that often but at least I'll have it if I need it.
