bairdco a guy who makes cool bikes Jul 12, 2010 #2 nothing. the "cb" stands for "coaster brake," the 110 stands for 110mm, and the "E" is just the latest model. i have a cb-d110 which was the older hub that they phased out in the 80's and it's the same size as the e model.
