When you get up to go for a chilly morning ride, but you pause for a cup of coffee - using milk of magnesia for creamer - and take a couple of Dones pills for your back, geriatric membership is in sight. ;)
 
It was actually a relief there for a while: when I went from "senior" to "elite". I realized I was done having senior moments. :)
