Seeking advice on OCC stingray Seat/SeatPosts

So I'm currently in the process of Assembling the bike and getting everything comfortable and correct before I mount the engine. I'm looking at getting a Sunlite backrest seat suggested on the pedalchopper site,
first question should any seat mount to any bike post? If anyone has experience with these(Will the Sunlite seat fit on a layback post off eBay?)
Second question, does anyone have experience with PedalChoppers seat post solution and know the length of the extra long seat post for 6ft and taller? I know for a seat post to fit in the chopper I'll need to make a custom shim which I'll be doing, I would just buy the seat post solution from Pedalchopper but they don't ship to my country. Any help is much appreciated.

i use this seat post its suspension with preload adjustment from amazon very reasonable holds sets very securely
