Needs rims and the gooseneck is cracked severely.

Oh yeah. It's a crack! One good pull and the bars would be off!

Looks nice other than the frame crack.

Grind it down, weld it up, be done with that part.

Easier to just replace the gooseneck. The frame itself is in great shape.
