Schwin Riverside

Hi Everybody, I just bought a pair of Schwin Riverside bikes for me and my wife. They are the 7 speed versions, Has anyone built 1 of these,and if so how is it working out for you.I am thinking a straight 2 cycle kit for hers and I will put a jackshaft on mine as I,m Pretty big. Any thoughts? Thanks guys
