Running light wiring

Hey guys, wiring questions are always fun, I'm trying to figure out how to do combination tail, signal, and running lights. I know I have to do both signal and brake lights on the signal wire but do I need to do a resistor on the running lights wire? Theres 3 wires, red(signal) brown( wiring diagram says running lights) and black which is ground. However the running lights are the same brightness as the signal lights

Or why not consider fitting a rechargeable wireless system like that made by Meilan? I just installed one on my latest e-build. So simple install. Light unit installs to rear of seat tube, 4-button control pad mounts on handlebars. Job done. Also fitted a separate momentum brake light. No wiring whatsoever. There's already more than enough wiring to deal with on an e-bike...

Because thats less fun and dosent look as cool to me... also to run on the streets near me I need i need marker lights turn signals and a functioning brake light.

Yeah, well, I got all those functions. Wireless.
Each to their own. So long as you're having fun, that's what matters.
