Yeah i'm a bit new to the motorized bike hobbies and i was want to know if you guys could help me every time i'm going about 20, and let off the gas it will sometimes kind of sputter and jerk anyone know what this is about? :D

It's drive line snatch. One way to cut it back is to tension the chain right. A sloppy chain can cause some of the jerkiness.
Another method is to roll off the throttle smoothly, rather than just dumping it.

Hope this is some help to ya.

How much under 20 mph? Anything below about 10 mph and you should disengage the clutch and pedal.
As was stated above, a loose or misaligned chain can also produce a jumpy/jerky feel.

Also if you are letting off the gas you are engine braking which will cause some jerking as well. Not so good on a 2 stroke because without gas it doesn't get oil!
