Hi I'm new to this are there any Riders / builders in Salt Lake City Utah

I'm in Salt Lake, I just won't be riding for a while though, as my frame is toast. Don't use cranbrook cruisers! Over the Winter and Spring, i'll be building a 212, so i'll be riding when that's finished.
