Rear sprocket sizes

Has anyone noticed most rear adapter sprockets do NOT have a 42 tooth size? Guess i never noticed till I wanted to switch mine. i currently have 44 tooth on most of my builds , but guess a 40 tooth will do as good.

i guess from a 44 to a 42 will not be a big differance to notice on a 2 stroke motor kit anyhow. .shft.

You are correct. The decrease from 44 to 42 would not really be noticable in most cases.
The 40T is a good all-round size for most bikes and riders. Small enough to give a decent top speed but not so small as to adversely effect take off from a slow pedal.
Go with the 40T. I think you'll be pleased with the results.
