Quick Question about the Grubee HD hub

The HD hub some sites sell designed for these motors, I kinda want one because I'm getting tired of tightening my spokes over and over because the rag joint yanks em too hard. I found one for a good price from a canadian vendor but it say "(Non Freewheel)" next to its title. What does that mean?

The freewheel version is for a pull started 4 stroke or 2 stroke.

The non freewheel version is for pedal started 2 strokes
