Just came back from rite-aid and got this...

Asked the pharmacist for plastic syringe, they have them back there, and gave it to me for free =D

It fits in hole at the top of the gear box like it was made for it. I squirted about 20ml of lithium grease and works like budda. (Be sure to disassemble, clean with carb cleaner, make sure theirs no left over oil and pack grease on to the teeth before)

im back to using transmission fluid makes for a more smoother ride.. i do like your idea im getting one..

Yes i read that thread...with the lithium, the clutch doesnt chatter much (on this bike) , it just bites and goes... Off throttle, if you snap the throttle back it will lurch for a split second, but if you roll off its smooove... I might try the gear oil on the next one, but so far i'm happy with the results. Its really just a matter of dialing the ride for your preference. =)
