So in the coming week I would like to replace my stock NT carb with a Dax RT or a CNS v2. I would also like to use a high performace air filter on the new assembly.

First Question:
When I replace the carb to one of the above mentioned models will I have to replace the throttle as well?

Second Question:
RT vs. CNS v2 Which is better in the terms of ease of use and better performance?

Here are the carbs I believe I will be purchasing (unless you can suggest better)

Carburetor RT 15mm High Performance - Thatsdax.com

CNS V2 Racing Carburetor

Performance Air Filter

Thanks guys!.shft.

I run the cns2 on my bike, I also have a nt as a back up. The throttle cable will work for either, I have not used the Dax carb. but it should use the same cable. On the cns2 the problem on mine was not the carb but the spacer that goes in between the intake and carb. Since I made the copper spacer the cns2 runs well.
