So good news... Got the new Samger 100cc started for the first time but soon as it starts it begins to rev out and obviously I don't want to damage a new engine. Got a new carb coming for it tomorrow but Im guessing the one on there now which was on the Triple 40 before it seized. What else could cause a new engine to rev out from the start?

I sure will. But in addition to that could it possibly also be because the NT carb for the 80cc is too small for the 100cc? Cause it was really hard to get it on the intake and it only fits on about halfway and that's with a little bit of force to get it on there. It fits on the Zeda Triple 40 much easier is why I'm suspicious of that.

The carb has to fully seat down onto the intake manifold, (or you'll have a major air leak)!

I put the new carburetor on it today. Fits perfectly. It also now starts and idles. I think the other carb was too small. Now I should just have to break it in.
