Well guys & gals the California Kid runs and rather well I might add. I"m closing in on the idle speed and throttle response I want and we're nearly there.

Uncle Kudzu, the china girl snarls like a black cat when I twist her "tail", course some of that could be the straight pipe. How goes Molotov? & whats with that name? That fine piece of "eyetalian" enginering mounted to a "rust-bucket"! Uncle Kudzu, YOU ARE A PIECE OF WORK!!!! hAPPY tRAILS TO aLL. Walter F.

Now if I can just screw up enough courage to get on the Kid and take a ride.

Molotov = homemade incendiary device, as in Molotov cocktail. the name is a measure of confidence in my own mechanic skills - it'll probably blow up in my face :D

i'm making progress - the Morini actually is mounted on the so-called rust-bucket at this point. i'll try to get some pictures up.


and speaking of pictures, Walter... we're waiting!
