Hi all,
I am Bucuk from Indonesia

- But When spark plug is connected to engine, the piston does not move and the back wheel does not move too.

Welcome to the forum!

Sounds normal, it's because of the compression. Once you get everything installed, and pedal the bike to start it, it will move. Be sure to pedal at a good speed before releasing the clutch lever.

The clutch cable must be installed and adjusted properly before you try to move things. If the clutch is engaged, and it probably is, you are fighting engine compression. Remove the plug and there's no compression.

Finish the installation, adjust the clutch cable and things will work.

One other thing, the clutch plate may be stuck to the clutch from sitting around in a warehouse for a couple years, I had to unstick and loosen mine.

Check to see if your piston is hitting your spark plug. Look at the plug- is ithe tip getting bent in any way? With the clutch in, the bike should roll around. Clutch lever not pulled, the engine will turn over when pedaled but you will feel the compression of the motor I usually have my right foot up on the pedal and crank it down hard just as I release the clutch lever.

Thank you very much, very helpful suggestion ... this forum is very awsome.
Greetings from Indonesia motorbicyling ... cheers (p)

We would have to assume this individual is out riding?

Would be nice to know what the problem was and how he/she fixed it.
