possible blown piston rings

ive tried everything to get my bike running again after last weeks breakdown, new carb, replaced the magneto, spark plug, and ignition coil, and it still wont even pop, that i can tell anyway, the only other possible problem i can think of would be blown piston rings, anyone know how to test that?

is there a cheaper way to do it?, because i need this fixed asap, and i dont already have a compression tester
