Hey everyone, I recently finished my project of installing a 100cc 2-stroke motor on my mountain bike. Install went well. Everything's nice and tight. On my initial run it started 1st try and I ran it, lightly, for about 10 mins before i lost juice from throttle. Now i can't get it to stay running and when I engage the throttle it bogs down and wants to stall. Please help guys, I really want to get my bike on the road. Thanks

What kind of carburetor is your engine using? Post close up pictures of the carburetor if you don't know exactly what kind it is.

I don't understand. Brand new, simple machine, few connecting parts. Doesn't work. Beginning to think I've wasted my money. 300 for bike 150 for kit. Hasn't run yet.

First check the tank and make sure there is no junk in it, then if the valve is working and gas is flowing at a steady rate. Then you may have to take the carb apart and check it and clean. Wire from a wire brush use to pock the jets, lay it all out on clean surface so you don't lose any parts.........Curt

I've adjust the clip on the needle from 3rd from top to 2nd from top to top notch on needle. With idle screw in or out, choke open or closed...will not stay running. Attempting throttle bogs it out even faster...wth is going on!? This blows guys
