Pictures within Thread Text

Can someone please tell me how to imbedd pictures within the body of the text of a thread? I've tried standard html like

<img src="http://ww.thewaysidechapel.org/harpo1.jpg">

but it doesn't seem to work.?

Ooops ... I see this isn't showing up here either.

right click the pic you want to copy, click properties. left click and drag the properties high lighting them in blue, then when you post it put it in image tags and right click copy, copy it in between the tags.
