I have mentioned this before, and I had the urge again, so off I went. You can come along too.
The San Felipe Grill in Stockton, CA. Home of the best fried oysters I have had to date.
About a 25 mile ride for me, but the food is worth it.
And here they are, 6 lovelies on a plate of beans & rice. A goodly portion of cheese on the beans and you see that red sauce on the rice...really good!
The green hot sauce is to die for.
Oh yeah, they have beer too. What is a fine plate of Mexican Mariscos w/o a cool Mexican brew?
My belly full of oysters and beer, my trusty steed awaits. The one that is good for going 25 miles up the freeway.
And the open road beckons...
