So Cal
Pre ignition, It'll run without a spark,

Engine is running way too lean HOT and the S/P electrode is probably glowing red

Every 2 smoker will run full throttle with no spark and doesn't have to be super hot to do it and some racing engines would run backwards if you rolled back on a hill... And there was enough unburned fuel in the pipe... Not strong enough to make power but run like in the video... A 4 stroke will do it but has to be extreme hot with glowing carbon or electrode... Running lean will help any engine do it but a 2 stroke can run off the fire in the pipe even the crap kit one... ;)

Yes, this is what it looks like :) No damage to cylinder or piston!. The only thing I did was use another cheaper two-stroke oil, before it worked fine

This "probably" are the spark plugs :) Aluminium from head gasket

The raito of gas to oil is 32:1... 16-24:1 if you beat on it or breaking it in... Maxima castor oil blend and you can trim off the gasket that hangs out in the cylinder... It may not have damaged the cylinder wall but the rings could be clogged with gasket and the bearings could be shot from it and the heat... The threads for the plug are probably still stuck to the plug so that would be problem also... Exaust studs as well... More oil is going to need a bigger jet to richen the fuel air mix because oil doesn't burn... Heat will expand everything and cause leaking from the crush and stretching especially the intake side that's cooler than the rest of it... Doing what you did cost you a few thousand miles of wear... Warped surfaces and stripped threads... The things you can't see
