I had to copy paste that little pic in paint and blow it up to read it, but the big bumper sticker says:

My son was voted
PRISIONER
OF THE MOTH
Parchman State Prison​

I guess it's not really a bumper sticker either, it is huge, like Nascar Hood Sponsor ad big.
And a handicap plate on it...
Do they give those out for mentally handicapped people now too?
That would explain a great many things to me ;-}
